The 9th Grade Champions are Dem Boyz.  They went undefeated for the weekend facing Team M.O.A.M. twice on Sunday to capture the title.  Defense wins championships Dem Boyz proved it by allowing just over 42 points a game.  Demetrius Luther who tallied 32 against MCA on Saturday led Dem Boyz in scoring averaging 16 points a game.  All tournament Reginald Jackson of Dem Boyz also averaged double digits on the weekend.  Jacob Crain of Team M.O.A.M. averaged 16 points a game earning all Tournament honors.  Liberty edge’s Jalen Yatzy earned all tournament honorable mention with his 29 points this weekend. Maddox Harold of MCA had the best average point per game at 16.3 ppg to earn his spot on the all tournament team. Osiris Mosley led by example for Dim Boyz earning MVP.
