The Wellingtown Wolves came out on top as the champions of the 8th Grade division.  The Wolves cruised through pool play with a record of 3-0.  They took their dominance into bracket play by defeating Team Knight by a score of 59-49.  That put them into the championship game against Blue Storm who also came out of pool play with a record of 3-0.  It was a very close game but the Wolves came out on top to win the title, 54-51.  Marvel Allen earned himself the honor of MVP for his play throughout the weekend.  His teammates Richardson Noncent and Brandon Walters were awarded as All Tournament recipients.  The Mr. Hustle award was given to Blue Storms' Bryce Maxey, while his teammate Elijah Wyche was selected to the All Tournament team.
